Order Processing

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and fulfillment preparation.


Processing times are separate from shipping times and are not included in delivery estimates.

 


 

 

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

 


Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days.


Due to factors beyond our control — including but not limited to high demand, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or operational disruptionssome orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.


Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

 


 

 

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

 

 

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase only.

  • Once tracking information is generated or the order enters fulfillment, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

  • We cannot stop, intercept, or modify orders once fulfillment begins.

 


Attempts to cancel after this point are not eligible for refunds.

 


 

 

Tracking & Proof of Shipment

 

 

  • Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1 business day after shipment.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear or refresh in the carrier’s system.

 


The presence of a valid tracking number showing shipment or delivery constitutes conclusive proof of fulfillment.

 


 

 

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

 


Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

 

  • Address changes cannot be made after shipment.

  • Orders delivered to the address provided are considered successfully fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided address errors.

 


Such cases are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

 


 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 


Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.


We are not responsible for:

 

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

 


Customers agree to contact the carrier or local postal authority in these situations.

 


 

 

Returns & Return Shipping Costs

 


All return requests require prior approval.

 

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer — without exception.

  • This policy applies to all return reasons, including dissatisfaction or ordering errors.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Abuse & Chargeback Protection

 


Any unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims filed without contacting our support team may result in:

 

  • Immediate denial of refunds

  • Account restrictions

  • Submission of order records, tracking confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor
