Shipping, Cancellations & Returns Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing includes order verification, quality control, and fulfillment preparation.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in delivery estimates shown at checkout.
Lunar New Year Processing Notice
Due to Lunar New Year, our fulfillment partners will temporarily pause order processing beginning February 11.
Orders placed between February 11 and February 22 will begin processing once operations fully resume on February 22.
Shipping timelines displayed at checkout do not include this temporary processing delay.
Customers who prefer not to wait may request a full refund prior to shipment.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days.
Due to factors beyond our control — including but not limited to high order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or operational disruptions — delivery may take up to 20 business days in some cases.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once an order has shipped.
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase only.
Once an order enters fulfillment or a tracking number is generated, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
We are unable to stop, intercept, or modify orders once fulfillment has begun.
Cancellation requests submitted after this point are not eligible for refunds.
Tracking & Proof of Shipment
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1 business day after shipment.
Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear or refresh in the carrier’s system.
The presence of a valid tracking number showing shipment or delivery constitutes conclusive proof of fulfillment.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer are considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Such cases are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Incorrect delivery by the carrier
Customers agree to contact the carrier or local postal authority to resolve these issues.
Returns & Return Shipping Costs
All return requests require prior approval.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, without exception.
This applies to all return reasons, including dissatisfaction or ordering errors.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Abuse & Chargeback Protection
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims submitted without first contacting our support team may result in:

Submission of order records, tracking confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor
All transactions are monitored and documented to prevent abuse.
